Booking and payment terms

Payment for all inspection services is required upfront upon booking to confirm your inspection time slot. We accept secure online payments so your booking is confirmed immediately without delays.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans can change. We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your inspection date. There are no cancellation fees, and any eligible refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method.

Scope of inspection and turnaround

Our inspections are strictly visual and non-invasive. We inspect all accessible internal and external areas, excluding specialised plumbing and electrical systems. Your comprehensive building report will be delivered within 24 hours of completing the on-site visit.
